The hotel was clean and well-maintained with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The club lounge access was worth it as it provided breakfast, drinks throughout the day, and an evening buffet with alcoholic beverages. The staff, especially Alice and Bonnie, provided excellent service and made our stay memorable.

The amenities and services provided were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym and rejuvenating spa to the beautiful pools and delightful restaurants. The private and tranquil atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. The club staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly exceptional experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfect and the breakfast in the morning was great. The staff were nice and always available. The bar that opened at night was a plus, allowing me to have a drink without leaving the hotel. The location was also convenient, with easy access to many local tourist attractions, as well as the beach and pool options.

Couldn't stay longer.

Over Christmas, we stayed at a hotel in Sanya. The complementary fruit basket and festive chocolates were a nice touch. The location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The poolside bar had a good happy hour and it was fun to try out the water sports.

Our hotel room was not properly cleaned and the staff seemed unwilling to help. The bed linens were stained and the towels were old and rough.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the Mediterran restaurant and close to the beachfront. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything being well-maintained. The hotel facilities, particularly the swimming pools, were fantastic and suitable for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though their English wasn't perfect. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of international and local food options.
